Sonam Doesn’t Have A Mature Role In ‘Mausam’
There are some rumors now-a-days that Sonam Kapoor has played the role of a person who age from 20 years to 40 years in ‘Mausam’. But, this chirpy female has rubbished all the rumors and she says that she has very much played a girl of her age.
Pankaj Kapoor’s directorial debut movie, ‘Mausam’ has now been much spoken. Although, the story of the movie is strictly under wraps, but still speculations are going in and around.
It is also heard that Sonam is playing the role of a mature girl in the movie, but Sonam adds on this, “My character in the movie is not that of a ‘mature woman’, as reported. I very much play a girl of my age, though her character’s unlike anything I have played earlier. My look is certainly different in the film but it’s not at all ‘old’.”
Sonam is currently in India for promoting her Friday releasing movie, ‘Aisha’ and she reveals that she thoroughly enjoyed her ‘Mausam’ shooting in Scotland.
She adds, “I really enjoyed being in my own space in Scotland. It was a tough shoot and I hardly had the time to relax between shots, but I can’t complain because it’s the role of a lifetime.”
Sonam is playing opposite to Shahid Kapoor in the movie and it will release next year. The story of the movie is about an intense love affair between a pilot (Shahid) and Sonam.
