India's No.1 Somdev Devvarman is advancing towards the top-100 mark in the ATP chart. He bettered his career-best ranking to 116th jumping five places in the rankings released on Monday.
 
Somdev last week had improved his career best rankings of 124 to 121.
 
Prakash Amritraj climbed seven rungs to attain 223rd position while Yuki Bhambri retained his 344th position. In the men's doubles, Mahesh Bhupathi and Leander Paes maintained their seventh and eighth position respectively.
 
In the women's singles, Sania Mirza was static in her 58th position. She improved her doubles rankings to 37th spot gaining one place.
