English rock singer and member of erstwhile member of Beatles has been bestowed with the Ultimate Legend Award by MTV. The award was presented by Bono another famous rock singer. He bowed before McCartney and said, "You can call him Sir. I call him Lord."

 

McCartney in his thanking message said that he thanks to his Mum and Dad, and his fantastic family in Liverpool, his mates Ringo, George and John, four boys who were born here in Liverpool and managed to do quite well. He did not forget to thank everyone in Liverpool and everyone in America for voting in Mr Obama.
