Simon Cowell is known as the arrogant and big-headed judge of ‘X-Factor’ and often faces criticism from the contestants over his rude comments but everyone will be shocked to know that behind his harsh words there lays a heart of gold.
Recently, the media mogul met a young girl, Megan Kershaw, 12 who is suffering from cancer and decided to gift her Disney trip.
Cowell, 52 met the little angel during a hospital visit and was touched with Megan’s wish, therefore decided to sponsor the trip.
Meanwhile, doctors at Sheffield Children’s Hospital permitted the little girl to travel and fulfil her wish.
"Megan is really excited. She can’t wait and she is counting down the days. I think Simon was touched by her story and Megan’s determination to beat cancer," her mother Deborah Kershaw, quoted.
"Mickey and Minnie Mouse are Megan’s favourites and it will be great to see her with them. It will be really emotional for me to see her finally get to Disney World after all we have been through. There will be tears," she added.
