Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services, on Thursday, August 7, announced that it has received an order worth Rs 1,610 Crore from the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for deployment of eight onshore deep drilling rigs. Shiv-Vani is a top service provider catering to the upstream segment of the oil and gas industry and globally known for its proven expertise in exploration, production and allied services.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the Shiv-Vani has mentioned that it has been presented this three-year contract for charter-hire on an integrated well completion basis for its Tripura, Sivasagar and Rajamundry assets. This ONGC-Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services contract covers deployment of a 3000 Hp rig and seven 1500-2000 Hp rigs.
