The music of Aamir Khan Production’s forthcoming film Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, which will mark the debut of Aamir Khan’s nephew Imran Khan. The music will be launched by legendary actor Shammi Kapoor. The Bollywood’s perfectionist is leaving no stone unturned for the perfect launch of his nephew and instead of going for a conventional mega music launch has opted to make it an intimate affair. The team of Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na will officially release the music of the film by going to the house of actor Shammi Kapoor on Tuesday, May 20, 2008.
The film has been directed by Abbas Tyrewala and is produced by Aamir and his uncle Mansoor Khan. The music of the film has been composed by the music maestro AR Rahman. The film also has a song in the film titled ‘pappu’ the lyrics for which have been inspired by Bollywood actor Salman Khan, and talks about his interests in women, his love for fast cars and his strange accent.
The film is slated to release on July 4, 2008. Aamir’s maiden directorial venture Taare Zameen Par’s first music CD was also given to Shammi Kapoor. The actor is hence hoping that Shammi Kapoor’s blessings does wonders for his nephew too.
