The ICC Anti Corruption Unit has barred Bollywood superstar and Kolkata Knight Riders owner from visiting his team’s dressing room in the remaining Indian Premier League (IPL) matches. The actor has however expressed his disappointment over the decision on Sunday evening. Earlier in the day, the Anti Corruption Unit officials had cautioned Shahrukh about going into the dressing room and the team dug out during the Indian Premier League match between his team and Chennai Super Kings.
Shahrukh after the move reacted by saying that he is very energetic and likes to hang around with the boys. He further added that he is disappointed that the ICC has stopped him. On Kolkata Knight Riders success as a brand, Shahrukh remarked that there is still a long way to go before it becomes the number one sporting brand. Talking about his team’s defeat against Chennai Super Kings, he said that one plays the game to win, but losing too happens in the game. The Bollywood heartthrob added that he wishes that his team reaches the Indian Premier League final.
