The Red Chillies Entertainment owned by bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has decided to venture into television production with a children's awards show. The show titled 'Li'l Star Awards Show' will have Shreyas Talpade and Javed Jaffrey as hosts. The show for the kids and by the kids will be aired on STAR Plus. Child artistes Dheirya Sonecha, Shriya Sharma, Aishwarya Majumdar, Vineet Singh and Amey Pandya will become the judges in 'Li'l Star Awards Show'. There are nineteen categories in the award show including best dialogue, best friend and best comedian. Celebrities like Shah Rukh, Kareena Kapoor and Yuvraj Singh will showcase their talent at the award show.
 
Mumbai-based Red Chillies Entertainment is one of the leading motion picture production and distribution companies in India. Since its inception in 2004, the entertainment company has launched several good films under its banner including 'Main Hoon Na' and 'Om Shanti Om', Founded by Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri, the company has bought Kolkata Knight Riders Cricket franchise in BCCI new venture Indian Premier League. Apart from production, the company also has a state-of-art visual effects studio known as Red Chillies VFX. The recent boom of reality shows on television has prompted Red Chillies to engage itself in TV production which might turn out to be profitable business for the entertainment company.
