Two craftsmen in Dhaka made busts for Shah Rukh Khan, as they wanted to get it auctioned and earn some good money for their living, but the careless authorities at the place instead gifted them to the superstar, thus resulting in a huge loss of the craftsmen.

 

The craftsmen are brothers named Shusen and Shamon, they were in huge need of money for their own education, so they wanted the busts to be auctioned in front of the star to raise the funds, but unluckily were left high and dry.

 

Shah Rukh Khan had come to Dhaka for a concert along with Rani Mukherjee, Arjun Rampal and others, during this event where the busts were scheduled for the auction. The authorities, however, didn’t inform the superstar about the busts and gifted them to him.

 

Shapan Chowdhury, the chairman of the event management firm in Dhaka, said, "Yes, both the sculptures were made by Shusen and Shamon and were supposed to be auctioned but due to time constraint we could not carry out the auction. The sculptures now have been gifted."

 

He ends saying in a dry tone, “No, we couldn`t give him details. But now I will give some amount of money to the boys.”

 

Well, blame it on anyone, but if the superstar had even come to know about the whole incident, he would have surely done something about the two poor brothers.
