Renowned director Selva is all set to remake the Rajnikant super hit, Jaani.
Jaani had been directed by Mahendran and starred Rajnikant, Deepa and Sridevi with music by Ilayaraja is till among the classic Tamil movies.
Selva will start shooting for Jaani remake as soon as he finishes the current work of Naan Avan Illai 2. He has roped in Jeeva to essay the role that had been done by the Superstar in Jaani.
Mayilsamy will be essaying Surili Rajan's part. The other cast and crew are yet to be finalized.
