Seamless movement of traffic in NCR will be a reality after signing of agreement by Delhi with UP, Rajasthan, Haryana. The signing of the final reciprocal transport agreement will be done on October 14. The agreement has been reached after concerned states and their governments agreed to remove restriction on inter-state movement.

After conclusion of the agreement, there would not be any hassle and refusal from taxis or autos to visit Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad from Delhi. Mentionably, the agreement would make commuting to Noida, and Ghaziabad easier, but there would not be too much on offer on Gurgaon and Faridabad route.

Reportedly, UP has agreed to allow all taxis and autos among all the member cities. However, Haryana has claimed that free movement of traffic will lead to clog, and in that regard it has put restrictions on the total number of autos entering the state from Delhi. While there would not be passenger tax on entering the state, on exit they will have to pay tax.
