Ajay Monga famous scriptwriter has moved the Bombay High Court and has filed a case against actor Shah Rukh Khan, Director Farah Khan and others. He has claimed that Om Shanti Om is his script which has been stolen. This ‘Corporate’ and ‘Fashion’ fame scriptwriter has filed the suite for copyright infringement in Bombay High Court.

 

Earlier, he had gone to the Cine Writers' Association (CWA) in December after the film was released in November last year and had pleaded for violation of his copyright over script of OSO. However, the CWA rejected his application. Now, after hearing that the film was to be telecast on television on August 10, scriptwriter has come up and has again pleaded for same in the High Court.
