The 61-year-old bodybuilder-turned-actor-turned politician Arnold Schwarzenegger has injured his knee during a physical exercise session, possibly torn meniscus. And, owing to his recent injury he skipped an important conference held on the issue of environment. This seven times Mr Olympia has history of injuries, the biggest one was when he broke his femur in 2006.

 

Earlier, when Arnold could not reach to conference, then Senator Dianne Feinstein informed the gathered crowd that Schwarzenegger had called her to say he couldn't make it. Later on Schwarzenegger’s spokesman Matt David informed media that a doctor was expected to examine Schwarzenegger's injury at the governor's home in Los Angeles, and so his absence.
