Academy Award winning director Woody Allen’s soon-to-be released flick Vicky Cristina Barcelona is garnering a lot of attention and talks. Mainly so due to actresses Scarlett Johansson and Penelope Cruz’s lesbian kiss in one of the scenes. The scene set is a red-tinted photography dark room and one hears the kissing scene is so steamy that it is bound to make viewers’ heart skip a beat.

The kissing scene has kicked up such a widespread interest that both the actresses admit that they are hoarse talking about it and have even run out of lines. ‘Really, Scarlett and I have run out of lines to say about that,’ a prominent US magazine quoted Cruz as stating recently. She then added, ‘We're calling Woody to give us some material. People love that subject. The only thing, which is honest, the set was very crowded that day.’

Vicky Cristina Barcelona is the story of two American women, Vicky and Cristina, who are vacationing in Barcelona. Scarlett Johansson plays Christina in the film.  The two women meet an artist and the three quickly develop a relationship. The artist, however, is still enamored of his mentally unstable ex-girlfriend.
