Saygus VPhone Android handset has been announced at the Mobile World Congress that is expected to hit the stores in May through Verizon network.
 
The new Android handset sports a 3.5 inch WVGA screen and runs with 800MHz CPU. Apart from that it features 512MB of RAM, CDMA dual band connectivity, 512MB ROM, Stereo Bluetooth, A-GPS, email features and WiFi. There is also FM radio for the music loving people.
 
The VPhone handset is powered by a 1500 mAh battery and comes pre-loaded with Android 1.6 Operating System. There is a 256MB RAM for storing data with the set. A 5MP camera comes inbuilt for the camera enthusiasts too.
 
The Saygus VPhone can provide 7 hours of talk time. However, there is no word about its pricing and release till now.
