Saurav Ghosal of India crashed out of World Squash Open being played in Kuwait City. The top seed Ghosal went down to Egyptian Karim Darwish in the USD 277,500 event.
 
Ghosal, ranked 34th in the world had made into the second round of the premier event for the first time. Top seed Darwish outclassed Ghosal in a match played for 40 minutes by 4-11, 5-11, 9-11, 1-11 at the all-glass court in Green Island.
 
Ghosal had defeated French qualifier Mathieu Castagnet by 0-11, 11-6, 11-8, 11-5 in the opening round of the PSA World Tour Squash event.
 
The 29th seed from Chennai after his match said,"It was a bad outing for me. Karim played splendidly and gave me no chances.”The richest event in the men's professional circuit has participants from 24 nations.
