Sanjay Leela Bhansali has roped in none other than new comer Harman Baweja to star in his next film Chenab Gandhi. In the film, Harman will be sharing screen space with Amitabh Bachchan and Vidya Balan. Bhansali has lately been getting terrific feedback about Harman whose Love Story 2050 is all set to be premiered shortly. The perfectionist director remarked that Harman was perfect for the role.
Bhansali remarked that he is very impressed with Harman, who has great screen presence and also everyone who has dealt with Him is very positive. Further praising the new comer he remarked that Harman is talented, sincere, and hard working and he is looking forward to shooting with him. The film will be directed by his assistant Vibhu Puri.
It was rumored that Bhansali wanted Ranbir Kapoor, who debuted with his film Saawariya. However Bhansali made it clear that Ranbir had not been approached and that he wouldn’t cast someone who didn’t suit a particular role. On the other hand, actress Vidya Balan is elated to work in Sanjay Leela Bhansali film. The actress remarked that she is looking forward to work in the film as all the actresses in his films are portrayed beautifully. Harman too is excited to be working with two legends of Bollywood, Bachchan and Bhansali. The actor remarked that he couldn’t believe his luck when he received a call from Bhansali’s production house.
