India’s Sania Mirza, who has generated enough excitement among fans through her presence on the tennis court, is all set to scorch the silverscreen too. Sources reveal that Sania Mirza, the Indian tennis’s pin-up girl, has agreed to do a five minutes cameo opposite debutant Naga Chaitanya in a movie directed by Andhra filmmaker, Puri Jagannath. Debutant actor Naga Chaitanya happens to be the younger son of actor Nagarjuna.
Filmmaker Puri Jagannath it seems has now made it a habit to launch star sons. Earlier the Andhra filmmaker had launched the son of popular actor G. Krishna, Maheshbabu as well as N.T. Rama Rao’s grandson, NTR Junior. Sources underscore that Puri Nagarjuna had approached the India female tennis star for the role earlier also, but she had refused. It is because of a wrist injury this time that Sania has not yet said a ‘no’ to the offer of a cameo role in the film.
