Actress Sandra Bullock is a free bird now as her divorce with cheating husband Jesse James has been finalised. The academy award beauty filed for the divorce with her reality television star husband following his alleged affair with series of girls.
The pair filed for divorce last week in Texas citing ‘discord or conflict of personalities’. Both the parties have signed the final divorce papers.
The report has been confirmed by the representative of the actress.
According to Texan law, a couple has to be married for at least 10 years to qualify for support therefore James is not entitled to spousal support.
The 45-years old actress told in an interview in April that she is ‘sad and scared’ about the collapse of her five-year wedding. But, Bullock is now enjoying performing the duties of motherhood to her adopted son, Louis.
