Samsung’s Galaxy Tab will be sold for $649.99 from November 21, AT&T and Samsung announced on Monday. The 7-inches wide Galaxy Tab will be carried by AT&T, the fourth largest carrier in the United States.

Samsung Galaxy Tab will be available at AT&T stores and the Samsung’s official website.

Another attractive side of purchasing from AT&T is that the carrier offers two month-by-month plans while most of other carriers are providing the device with two-year contract. Accordingly, AT&T plans include payment of $14.99 for 250MB, or $25 for 2GB of storage.

Apart from AT&T, the T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Sprint and Verizon are also carrying the Samsung Galaxy Tab.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab is an Android-based tablet computer launched in September 2010. With a 7-inch screen, the device is equipped with 3.2 mega pixels rear-facing camera and a 1.3 mega pixels front facing camera for making video calls, Wi-Fi, Swype input system, email, calendar, and instant messaging applications. Having almost all the features that Apple’s iPad has, Samsung Galaxy Tab competes with the market forerunner.
