The Samsung Star series of handsets now enjoys a major update. Samsung has announced the addition of Wi-Fi to its latest Star handsets, Star S5233w, which it recently launched.
Even though the Star series from Samsung have been enjoying good popularity, they lacked Wi-Fi. With the launch of S5233w, Samsung has resolved one of the long-pending demands of its customers.
The addition of Wi-Fi can definitely boost the sales of the already popular handset. The "just launched" S5233w looks exactly similar to the previously launched Samsung Star handsets, with just the Wi-Fi chip added, which leads to the speculation that the non-inclusion of Wi-Fi had been deliberate.
The Samsung Star is expected to retail around Rs. 12,000
