Recently, Salman Khan got upset over a question based on religious issue asked by a journalist during the promotions of the movie ‘Dabangg’ in the city of Nagpur.

 

A journalist asked Salman that why his upcoming movie ‘Dabangg’ is so much emphasized that it’s an Eid release when the major festival of Hindus Ganesha Chathurthi is also on the same date? It directly led to the fact that Salman is a Muslim by religion, so all his emphasis is around Eid.

 

Salman got upset after hearing this question and refused to answer it. Even co-star Sonakshi didn’t answer the question on his behalf, but she did express her views about the question.

 

Sonakshi said, “It’s absolutely unfair to ask Salman such a question.”

 

Later to express her displeasure over the question, she wrote on Twitter, “Just to create controversy or raise TRP’s, using religion is disgusting. When will these guys grow up and see the broader picture?”

Due to the question, Salman’s secularity is cross questioned which can upset anybody. But, it is a known fact that Salman every year participates in the Ganesha festival and even his two brothers are married to Hindu women. Once, Salman also made a painting which shows the equality of all religions.
