Salman Khan & Kareena Kapoor’s Bodyguard’s Shooting Halted Twice
The shooting of Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer Bodyguard was halted twice, once because the shooting extended the specified 12 hours and again because the movie was shot on Republic Day.
According to the FWICE (Federation of Western India Employees) rules, a shift should not be stretched beyond 12 hours. They even raided TV and also movie sets followed by workers’ complaints that they are made to work for more than 20 hours.
According to the rule, the shooting cannot be conducted on January 26 which is the Republic Day because it is a national holiday.
A source said, "As soon as the vigilance branch raided the sets, the shoot was halted. The unit tried their best to convince the members of the vigilance branch but to no avail."
However, one of the Bodyguard’s Unit members said, "Our shoot was not stopped on January 26. Salman and Kareena were shooting very comfortably on the set."
