Saina Nehwal of India though got defeated in first round match of the Indonesia Super Series championship scared third seed player from France Pi Hongyan. Before losing the match she had took the lead of 1-0. Pi Hongyan however won the match by 12-21, 21-18, and 21-16 but she had to struggle a lot. Saina Nehawal who reached to semifinals of the Singapore Open Super Series recently could not make to second round here in the series. She was pleasingly surprised and hoped that she will do better next time. In addition, she is due to play in Thailand next week and she is hopeful of doing well there in.

Indonesia Super Series Championship is over for Indian players now. Earlier India’s Anup Sridhar and Arvind Bhat could not make any impression in the tournament. Both Indian players could not win their first round match and were eliminated from next round matches.
