With a view to disseminate faster and convenient information about the 15th Lok Sabha elections, Internet search engine Sagoon today (April 17) launched special dedicated site called India Election 09 in English and Hindi. The new site will help the people to gather latest updates and election related information in the form of News, Blogs, Video, Images and Quotes on one single page.
Apart from providing up-to date election coverage, the new election site will also enable the users to share their opinions on elections. The users will be able to view all updated reports by political parties, and their different electoral districts with the graphical summary. The new initiative by Sagoon is likely to benefit about 55 million Internet users in India, 35 million of which have the voting age.
Talking about the newly launched election site, Sagoon’s chief developer Manish Kumar said that the site has been launched to keep the people of the country informed during the mega event of general election. Manish Kumar added that Sagoon will soon organize the world information and make it accessible to the users. While informing about the services provided by Sagoon, Kumar claimed that the new facilities are rich and excited through which the users will get complete information regarding elections.
