SK Jain MD of LMJ International has been elected as IACC (Indo-American Chamber of Commerce) President for the current fiscal year. Right after his election as president of the body, he said that civil use of nuclear energy, aerospace, entertainment and manufacturing are going to be his focus areas.

 

Further he said that IACC is putting in place a proactive agenda for the year to help IACC become a catalyst of change and a harbinger of newer ideas and concepts. Jain is an active businessman and has been associated with a number of business associations.

 

The 40 year old IACC headquartered at Mumbai may play a crucial role during the critical time when Indo-US Economic relations are heading northwards. The association is quite effective in terms of its influence on policies of the governments of both the countries.

 

IACC has 14 offices across the country for better networking and presence. The recent 39th IACC Annual General Meeting was attended by members and delegates from different parts of the country. US Consul General in Mumbai Mr Paul Folmsbee & Prof. Walter Fluker addressed the conference.
