The new addition to the list of gatecrashers is British funny man Russell Brand after he gave a pleasant surprise to an Indian newlywed pair by appearing at their reception in London.
Brand who is set to marry singer Katy Perry at an intimate wedding this month slipped to the reception and danced on the traditional bangra tunes. But allegedly the groom was not happy with the 35-year’s old stints as he stole the entire spotlight from him on that special day.
"Russell completely took over and was dancing away at the reception. The groom wasn`t very happy about the fact that the spotlight had been taken away from him and his new bride," a guest was quoted as saying.
Meanwhile, on Monday, Russell wrote about the fun that he had at the wedding reception and also admitted that the pair did not look happy with his surprise appearance.
Russell tweeted, "The Hindu Bobby Moore. A perfect stag do finale - they think it`s all over - Hare Krishna."
He further wrote, “It was amazing!!!! Will the bride forgive me."
