Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood friends are very happy that the star has decided to quit drinking and his loyal celebrity pals are helping him to overcome his alcohol addiction.
According to sources, Sir Elton John, Rod Stewart and Mick Jagger have been giving him regular tips to quit drinking.
Ronnie Wood said, “Now I know everyone's behind me, I'm desperate to give up for good. Mick calls me every few days."
The 62-year-old rocker is reportedly decided to conquer his alcohol addiction for his 30-year old Brazilian girlfriend Ana Araujo.
If rumours are to be believed the couple are planning to marry by the end of this year.
A close friend of Ronnie Wood said, "Ronnie now thinks Ana could be the woman to make a life with. She's such a positive influence on him and they've very relaxed in each other's company. They're happy enjoying the simple things in life like staying in, making meals and watching films.”
"He couldn't be happier and there's already talked of them getting married as early as this summer," he added.
