Pop singer Rihanna has been hailed as the 2009 Woman of the Year by Glamour magazine. This honour has been given to the singer for her style, songs as well as her work with Believe Foundation. The Magazine also claims that she is also a positive role model.
Rihanna will be seen on the cover of the Glamour magazine’s December issue. She has also given an exclusive interview during which she has revealed how she managed to make a comeback after her ex-beau rapper Chris Brown assaulted her. She has also given information regarding her new album.
The special December issue will be available at the newsstands on November 10,. She will be given the honour at the annual Women of the Year event at Carnegie Hall on November 9.
