Two new models of Reva – Reva NXG and Reva NXR - will be unveiled by Reva Electric Car Company at the 63rd Frankfurt International Motor Show.
Reva NXG, designed by Indian Dilip Chhabria, is a sporty two-wheeler and comes with a targa roof. According to sources, the production of this sporty Reva will kick off from 2011. Reva NXG flaunts a maximum speed of 130 kmph and it can be sued for a continuous drive of up to 200 km.
Reva NXR, a hatchback flaunted family car, is a four-seater that comes with two doors. The production of this model is set to start from 2010, but the customers can place their orders after the unveiling itself.
The fuel for the NXR comes from a Lithium Ion battery. The maximum speed offered by NXR is 104 kmph and yields a mileage of 160 km, when charged completely. The Indian version comes with lead acid battery, providing a mileage of 80 km and a max speed of 80 kmph.

The REVive technology will also be launched by Reva. This is a unique technology and feature of Reva which is mean to for looking into ‘range anxiety’. REVive can be used as the ‘invisible reserve tank’.
Both the Reva NXR and the Reva NXG will be equipped with REVive telematics technology. Further technology and pricing announcements will be made at IAA.
