Versatile filmmaker James Cameron who has given new face to Hollywood movies by making flicks like, ‘The Terminator’, ‘Titanic’ and ‘Avatar’ has revealed that he feels that releasing ‘Avatar’ on DVD is a big experiment.
The Academy award winning director said that as the movie, ‘Avatar’ is the biggest hit of the year therefore releasing its DVD is an interesting experiment.
"I tell you what it's going to be a big experiment. It's going to be very interesting. We were just told we broke a one day record for the Blu-Ray. So we're helping to sell Blu-Ray disc players and big TV sets so it's all good, it's all heading in the right direction.”
‘Avatar’ has already become the biggest grossing movie of all time during its cinema release, breaking the 2 billion dollar barrier.
