Rashid Khan has bagged the LG Rambagh Golf Club Open Amateur Championship by four strokes. He shot a round of two-under 68 to accumulate three-under 277 over the four rounds. With this win, Rashid finished the year as the number one amateur on the LG Amateur Tour, winning four of the six tournaments he played this season.

Amanjyot Singh had to be content with a second place in this tournament. He returned a card of even-par 70 to end at one-over 281. S K Lakra shot his first under-par round of the week to finish in sole third place. Jasjeet Singh tied for fourth-place along with Arshdeep Tiwana and Ashbeer Saini.

Rashid played superbly and made a birdie after his approach shot from the fairway landed four-feet from the pin. Amanjyot matched him for most of the front-nine, as just before the last round the two were separated by only two strokes. However, Amanjyot brought himself back in the game by making two back-to-back bogeys in the last round. But immediately Rashid steadied himself and made birdies on the last two holes to secure the win.
