A shooting sequence for Imtiaz Ali’s Rockstar involving Ranbir Kapoor who is playing the rockstar required about 250 girls to scream his on-screen name Jordan. However, about 2000 girls shouted his name instead.
The shooting was taking place in Mumbai and the scene demanded Ranbir who acts as a rockstar to walk through a street and girls should be screaming the name Jordan. When the girls came to know that Ranbir is shooting, about 2000 of them reached and started calling out Ranbir’s name thus, hindering the shoot.
However, a sweet Ranbir politely requested the girls to call out his on-screen name Jordan instead and in return he would give them his autograph. The girls were happy enough with the bargain and called out Jordan. Ranbir also kept his word and gave them his autograph.
