India's medal hope Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore could not qualify for the finals of the Double Trap event. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore managed a score of 131 and was 15th overall in the 19-man field. Top six shooters made it to the final event. Rathore had won silver in the Athens Olympics.
