Youth Congress’ "Youth March" which will be launched from this month is a venture in which Rahul Gandhi will be playing a key role. This is a venture that will act as the delegate of Congress.
Aiming to reach the IndianYouths, the Indian Youth Congress has plans to release a monthly journal "Yuva Pragati" in Hindi and "Youth March" in English.
According to the IYC chief, Ashok Tanwar, the first issue of this journal will be launched this month. He also added that the venture has been proposed at a time when the membership of the youth body is in the range of around two crore.
"Proposals are being finalised", he replied when asked whether the journals would carry message from party leader Rahul Gandhi.
Party chief Sonia Gandhi sends a "Message to Congress Workers" each month through the "Congress Sandesh". The party mouthpiece is the brainchild of the Congress chief coming out for the past decade.
