Rafael Nadal was officially picked up for the Davis Cup final. He will play for Spain in their match against the Czech Republic. The second-ranked Nadal had to miss last year's final against Argentina due to his knee injury. His last match for Spain was in March, where they registered a win over Serbia in the first round.
The Spanish team will be led by Nadal and Fernando Verdasco along with David Ferrer and Feliciano Lopez in the best-of-five final on indoor clay in Barcelona from Dec.4 to 6.Both Nadal and Fernando Verdasco are currently playing at London Finals.
Radek Stepanek, Tomas Berdych, Jan Hajek and Lukas Dlouhy will be representing the Czech Republic .The International Tennis Federation confirmed the teams on Wednesday.
