The famous Indian actress Preity Zinta elucidated that she has no intentions to inherit the Rs 600 crore property of Shandar Amrohi. She said this in a New Delhi press conference where it was declared that she will be the Indian emissary on HIV-AIDS for joint UN programme.
 
Preity clarified, "I won't accept Shandar Amrohi's share of Kamal Amrohi's studio.”
 
It has been reported that Shandar Amrohi saw Priety as his daughter and he wants her to inherit his property. Shandar Amrohi wanted to file a case of forgery against his sister Rukhsar and her son Waseem, at that time he was helped by Preita Zinta to register an FIR with the Khar Police which took almost 15 days.
 
Preity helped Shandar to file the case with Khar Police and she kept tweeting as to how difficult it is to register an FIR in India how she managed to file the case after waiting for a long time.
 
As per Shandar Amrohi his sister and his nephew have forged and stolen share certificates of the family property, Mahal Pictures Pvt Ltd (Kamaal Amrohi studio).
 
The heritage of Kamaal who has directed hit flicks like 'Pakeezah' and 'Mahal' is worth Rs.600 crores.
