On the basis of charges of transgression of shareholding and ownership rights, Preity Zinta’s Kings XI Punjab and Shilpa Shetty’s Rajasthan Royals had been expelled from the IPL. The news has come as a shock to both the team owners’ celebrities.

 

Both the actresses have naturally expressed their shock and sorrow at this extreme decision by the governing councils.

 

Preity took the Twitter medium for expressing her thoughts; she tweeted, “Still absorbing the News! After working so hard in the IPL & putting my everything building this team, this is not what I expected! Shocked!"

 

Unable to believe the news, Shilpa Sheety, who was in London that time says, “Honestly too shocked to react, just disheartened...cause it’s more than just a team 4 us! Still haven’t recd the termination will react after. Need to know the basis of this decision...In London now."

 

The career of both the actresses has literally been devastated as Preity and Shilpa both are not doing well in the industry. They have applied the request for some legal assistance in the case and they are hoping for some mercy by the authorities.
