Prakash Amritraj of India ousted Kyu Tae IM to enter the second round of Korea Challenger. The Indian stunned the fifth seed and local favourite Kyu Tae IM by 6(2) 6-2 in the opening round of the $1, 00,000 hard court event.
 
Prakash will play against  Latvian Andis Juska in his second round encounter.The Latvian had crushed Korean wild card Sang-Woo Noh in straight sets by 6-2, 6-3 in the opening round.
 
However, Prakash was disappointed in the doubles as he lost in the opening round. The Indo-American pair of Prakash and Alex Kuznetosv suffered a 3-6, 4-6 defeat at the hands of second seeded South African-Dane pair of Rik de Voest and Frederik Nielsen.
 
Meanwhile, fourth seed  pair of Purav Raja and Sadik Kadir advanced  into the doubles quarter-finals .The Indo-Australian pair had a  convincing 6-2, 6-1 win over Slovakian pair of Kamil Capkovic and Pavol Cervenak.The duo will face Greg Jones and Pavel Snoel in their next round.
