Healthcare major Piramal Healthcare has registered a net profit of Rs.114.22 crore for the third quarter of the 2009-10 fiscal which ended on Sep 30 when compared to the Rs.69.44 crore registered during the corresponding period last fiscal.
The total income of the firm stood at Rs.711.6 crore against the Rs.636.9 crore registered during similar period last fiscal.
According to Piramal's unaudited consolidated results, the group posted a net profit of $23.62 million (Rs.106.3 crore) in the second quarter this fiscal, as against the $16.3 million (Rs.73.4 crore) earned during the like period last year.
