Penelope Cruz has revealed her unhappiness of not being able to come out of the fear of being sacked with every new project she takes. In spite of bagging the Best Supporting Academy Award for her role in Vicky Cristina Barcelona, she is stressed out and feels insecure as she starts working for a new movie.

Cruz own words clearly state that she is unhappy.

 She said, "Every time I make a film, I feel like it's my first time... I always think they could fire me. I've ruined my own happiness and created problems with my friends because of this tendency. It takes discipline for me to stop worrying."
