‘Peepli Live’ Gets ‘A’ Certificate By The Censor Board  Aamir Khan |
Any movie from the Aamir Khan’s production is assumed to be a hit, that’s the effect of his perfectionist style. ‘Peepli Live’ is a unique 1 hour 45 minutes film, which doesn’t have any rock solid star cast as in Prakash Jha’s ‘Raajneeti’.
The movie is written and directed by Anusha Rizvi, who makes her Bollywood debut through this movie. In fact her potential has really moved Aamir and so only he got ready to work with a fresher.
Through his statement, he has without any doubt won the hearts of the censor board members, critics and his fans. But he is at the same time confident about his movie success.
Aamir adds, “Certainly, the film will work. We feel that ‘Peepli Live’ is just not meant for the niche audience and a large section of the people will connect with it. In fact we have shown the clips and trailers of the films to quite a lot of people, including the youth who all seem to have enjoyed and appreciated our effort."
