The cremation of the Hollywood actor Patrick Wayne Swayze, who passed away on Monday in Los Angeles, is scheduled to take place on Friday.
According to reports, the actor’s ashes will be spread across his beloved ranch in New Mexico.
A source said, “Swayze loved the ranch and visited whenever he could. Swayze turned his Rancho de Dias Alegres (Ranch of Happy Days) into a wildlife preserve and timber farm, he loved the rugged mountains and canyons of his ranch and the cowboy life he led there.”
The ‘Dirty Dancing’ star went public with his disease in early 2008 and revealed that the cancer had already spread to his liver. Swayze also claimed that it was likely that he would die within two years.
Patrick Swayze will always be remembered for essaying roles in very popular movies such as Red Dawn, Dirty Dancing, and many others.
