Indian contestant Parvathy Omanakuttan is believed to be a strong contender for this year's Miss World beauty pageant. Miss World 2008 finals is going to be held on December 13 in Johannesburg, South Africa. The 21-year-old beauty won the best smile title during the Miss India contest. The supermodel with mesmeric smile is believed to be a strong contestant of 2008 Miss World as many of the experts finds her to a perfect blend of beauty and intelligence.

 

While admiring Parvathy her diction expert Sabira Merchant claimed that the Indian supermodel has the 'X' factor which keeps her ahead in the race for the beauty pageant. According to Sabira Merchant, Parvathy's vivacity and warmth make her instantly likeable. The ace photographer Subi Samuel feels that Parvathy is brimming with immense self-confidence which might bring the crown for her.

 

India won the last Miss World title about seven years ago when Priyanka Chopra was crowned in the year 2000. Now all eyes will be on Parvathy Omanakuttan when she will represent India at this year's beauty pageant. When asked about the participation in Miss World contest, Parvathy said that it is a big responsibility to represent the country at such an international platform. She said that she will give her cent percent to make the country proud.

 

Admiring her enticing smile, choreographer Sandeep Soparrkar said that it's hard to take the eyes off Parvathy when she smiles. She grabs instant attention even in a room full of gorgeous women. Parvathy will compete with 109 contestants at the Sandton Convention Center in Johannesburg. The live telecast of the 2008 Miss World will be available at Zee Café channel.
