Leading real estate developer, Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced to develop a township project at Panipat in Haryana. As per a statement from Parsvnath Developers, the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority of Haryana has given the environmental clearance to the firm. The clearance will now allow Parsvnath to construct the proposed township project. As per the plan, the town ship project will be spread over an area of 162 acres of land.
The project would be developed on 6.57 lakh square metre and the total built-up area would be 2.16 lakh sq mt. The Panipat township project will have 927 residential plots, group housing and a shopping mall with multiplex. The construction work will be accomplished in phases and it is expected to be completed within two years. With its presence in all verticals, Parsvnath Developers Ltd has a total land bank of 209 million sq ft.
Currently, the company has 81 million sq ft of area under construction, of which 43.62 million sq ft is already sold. Parsvnath Developers Ltd has its presence across 50 cities in 17 states.
