The hotel wing of leading real estate developer Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced to set up a five-star hotel in Ahmedabad. The Parsvnath Hotels has also received the approval of the Ministry of Tourism to develop a five-star category hotel in the city. The newly planned hotel is likely to start its operation by 2010. The five-star hotel will have 152 rooms including 24 hours coffee shop, multi-cuisine and specialty restaurants, conference rooms, business centre and a few boutique stores.

 

According to the vice-president of Parsvnath Hotels, Deepak Mowar, Ahmedabad offers a viable ground for setting up luxury hotels. There is a great demand for five star hotels in the city. He stated that Parsvnath Hotels will enable people to get all the requisite amenities under one roof. The vice-chairman also applauded the investor-friendly environment of Gujarat. He feels that in the up-coming years the state will entice a host of companies to establish more manufacturing units which will benefit Parsvnath Hotels.
