Leading realty company Parsvnath Developers Ltd on Thursday (March 5) launched a housing project called Parsvnath Royale Floors in Lucknow. The new housing project will offer houses ranging from Rs1.39 million to Rs 2.75 million. The company informed that an investment of Rs Rs.1 billion will be made to accomplish the housing project in Lucknow. The project will include houses with a floor area ranging from 435 square feet to 1,135 square feet.
The housing project Parsvnath Royale Floors is expected to be completed within two years from the date of commencement of construction work. The housing complex will come up near Lucknow's Faizabad Road. The proposed housing project is a part of an integrated township project called Parsvnath City which comprises of 510 units covering an area of over 600,000 square feet.
According to Parsvnath Developers chairman Pradeep Jain, the realty company always aims to design products as per the demands of current generation. He said that now-a-days people want quality construction at economical rates and the new Royale Floors project is committed to provide quality construction at reasonable rates. The company informed that Royale Floors project will offer low-rise independent floors equipped with 100 percent power back-up and piped gas supply.
