A Pakistani Anti-terrorism Court, which is conducting the trial of the Mumbai 26/11 hearing, has reserved the judgement for Wednesday.

Judge Muhammad Akram Awan of Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has reserved judgment after hearing the arguments of the prosecution and defence lawyers.

The order came a day after Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh expressed New Delhi's concern over Pakistan's continued inaction in bringing the perpetrators of the 26/11 attacks to justice contrary to its assurances.

"No, they haven't done enough”, said Manmohan Singh while talking at a CNN interview in Washington on Sunday. Manmohan Singh is in the US on a four-day itinerary. He also mentioned that Pakistani Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, whom he had met in Egypt in July, had assured that Pakistan would take required action against the Mumbai 26/11 masterminds.

"That's not happening," Manmohan Singh maintained.

The defence counsel had informed the court that proper proof is required for the indictment of the seven accused. The public prosecutor took the plea that solid evidence was available against them, in the light of which the accused should be charge sheeted.
