Second seeded Indian double players Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi defeated Argentineans Guillermo Canas and Juan-Martin Del Potro in a fierce contest to advance to the finals of the Ordina Open in Hertogenbosch. Indians had to struggle a lot before winning the match against Argentineans by 6-7, 6-3, 10-7 in one and half hour match. Earlier after the opening setback, Paes and Bhupathi stormed back into the match in the second set and broke their rivals in the opening game itself.
In the third game Indian doubles got a chance to break the service of their rivals but Canas and Potro saved it. In seventh game Indian doubles converted one break point out of two which they got and made the score 5-2. The Argentines broke back in the eighth game but lost their serve in the very next game as the Indian doubles equalized. Now Indians will clash with Croat-Austrian pair Mario Ancic and Jurgen Melzer in $ 175,000 championship.
