Padma Lakshmi, an International model and ex-wife of famous writer Salman Rushdie has given birth to a baby girl on Feb 20 in New York. The supermodel called her pregnancy a ‘medical miracle’.
Padma Lakshmi has named her ‘miracle kid’ Krishna. Lakshmi divorced renowned author Salman Rushdie in 2007. The model has refused to name the father of her baby.
The 39-year-old model announced in October last year that she was expecting her first child and branded her pregnancy a ‘medical miracle’ after years of struggling with endometriosis.
